Important information!

Order cancelation fee is 5 eur if the order is canceled without reason.
Returned orders can be resent only after paying for a new delivery.
Returned order refund is made without delivery cost and from product price we keep 3%.
GLS returned order fee is 10 eur if the reason is: wrong address entered, not full address entered, the wrong phone number provided or any other situation when the customer has not taken parcel or can't receive. If returned parcel reason is an error in delivery made by the delivery company then a refund is made fully.
